Steve serves as the Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Colorado, Idaho, Utah and Wyoming markets. Steve provides strategic leadership for the firm’s leasing, capital markets, debt and equity, asset services, valuation and advisory and project and development services businesses.

Steve has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield for the second time in 2017, he was a principal with Equity West Investment Partners. Along with capital partners, Equity West acquired, repositioned and sold eleven office projects totalling 3 million square feet over an eleven year period, producing an aggregate profit of $135 million. Prior to that, he had numerous property management, agency leasing and asset management roles with Cushman & Wakefield, PREMISYS Real Estate Services and LaSalle Partners.

A Colorado native, he has been and continues to be active in numerous community related roles.
