Stuart Thomas is an Executive Vice President at CBRE. Thomas’ team works exclusively within the Healthcare sector with a special emphasis on Mental and Behavioral Health for national clients. This team is dedicated to providing strategic real estate advisory services, including: portfolio strategy, healthcare analytics, site selection & location intelligence, financial consulting, and transaction expertise (leasing, acquisitions, sales, and debt & structured finance). Thomas began in the commercial real estate industry in 2002 and has spent most of his career in the Greater Phoenix and Colorado markets.
Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Development from Arizona State University. Thomas prides himself on communication, being present in today’s market, and the simple act of returning phone calls. Thomas puts his clients first and will protect their interests with the highest level of care and expertise.
