Tamera Greene, CAPS is currently the Vice President of Community Management- West Region with Thompson Thrift. Tamera has been in the multi-family industry for over 25 years starting onsite as a Community Manager.

Tamera has been active in the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) for over 15 years. She currently serves as Treasurer of the AAMD Executive Board Committee, CAA Board Member and has served on various committees such as the DE&I committee, co-chairing the Charity Auction for 2 years and recently co-chaired the prestigious Tributes Awards in 2023.

Tamera is a mentor and has focused on the development of future leaders and seeking new talent in our industry. In doing so, Thompson Thrift along with the AAMD team have partnered with the Junior Achievement Organization with the optimism in shaping our youth to learn the business acumen that is necessary to thrive in our ever-changing society and industry.
