As VP of Investments, Taylor is responsible for real estate acquisitions, divestitures, development, and redevelopment at Koelbel and Company. Before Koelbel, Taylor co-founded RCS Spain, an international real estate investment and development company headquartered in Marbella, Spain. Taylor also co-founded and led Smart Property Professional, an international sales and marketing platform for commercializing assets of RCS Spain and 3rd party developers/investors. Taylor has acquired, developed, and managed over 30 real estate projects with an aggregate value of over $250M across the US and internationally.

Taylor received a BA in Real Estate and Marketing at the University of Georgia Honors College and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Colorado.
