Taylor drives the strategic direction of Dunton, oversees personnel, and all financial functions including property level accounting.
Prior to acquiring and merging with Dunton in 2017, Taylor acquired a commercial and multifamily property management company, Walpin & Co, in 2014. Taylor grew revenue at Walpin by 300% in 3 years through the implementation of innovative business systems and processes and by driving value for property owners. Before Walpin, Taylor was a Senior Asset Manager with Summit Investment Management. He managed a portfolio of $475,000,000 of distressed and non-performing debt of real estate, agriculture, aircraft, and operating companies.
Taylor graduated with honors with a Master’s in Finance and an MBA – Concentration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He received a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University.
