A veteran broker specializing in residential real estate, Taylor Lawton has amassed over $175 million in sales throughout his 15-years in the business. Much of his success came about as a founding agent of PorchLight Real Estate Group which launched in 2005 and has since grown to become the second largest local real estate company in metro Denver, generating over $1 billion in annual sales. Taylor also serves as the Broker/Partner for the Ivy Residences, a boutique condo featuring 26 upscale units in the heart of LoHi. When he’s not running his brokerage or wearing a hard hat at construction sites Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
