Career Highlights
Responsible for the oversight of on-site property management operations of several of Denver’s Premiere Class A Office Properties totaling over 1.3M square feet and 126K square feet of Class B office product.

Prior to moving to Denver, Ms. Ososkie was responsible for the oversight of on-site property management operations of several of San Diego’s Premier Class A Office Properties totaling over 721,000 square feet and 339,000 square feet of industrial product.

Involved in the development and opening of the 500,000 square foot One America Plaza in downtown San Diego and 721,000 square foot La Jolla Commons I and II in San Diego.

Worked with both institutional and private investors to include TIAA-CREF, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Street Properties, providing annual plans, capital plans, monthly reporting and asset strategy. Oversight of tenant improvements for office, industrial and retail projects.

Provided customer service training for the San Diego region. Provided due diligence for all new business in San Diego and oversaw all property dispositions. Serve on the Denver Leadership Team focusing on innovation, leadership development and employee engagement.

Teri sits on the 2022 Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Summary
Since joining Hines in 2008, Ms. Ososkie has been responsible for the successful transition from construction to operations of La Jolla Commons I and La Jolla Commons II, both LEED Platinum projects. La Jolla Commons

II is one of the first net zero office buildings in the United States. Responsible for the operations of the San Diego Industrial portfolio.

Currently, Ms. Ososkie is responsible for the property management operations of a portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet.Ms. Ososkie currently serves on the Board of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
