Professional Experience
Terrance Hunt is Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Colorado office, where he leads the Institutional Properties team with partners Shane Ozment and Chris Cowan. One of Denver’s consistent top-producing multifamily investment advisors, Mr. Hunt has been involved in the disposition of over 360 multifamily assets with a total consideration of over $14 billion throughout his 29-year commercial real estate career. He specializes in client advisory, marketing, and selling multifamily properties and has handled the largest multifamily transactions in Colorado history, with the sale of The Breakers Resort (1,525 units). Mr. Hunt has extensive experience in all types of multifamily and income properties, having worked in the industry most of his life. Terrance and Shane have been ranked as DMCAR’s Top Multifamily Broker of the Year in four of the last five years.
