Tim leads MW Development, a Colorado development firm specializing in mixed-use town centers and transit-oriented communities. Tim laid the groundwork for his career via a degree in civil engineering from the University of Iowa. While working for a structural engineering firm on projects ranging from mountain mid-rise developments to industrial facilities, Tim developed a passion for real estate and elected to return to school to earn his MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder. While enrolled at CU, Tim interned under Marcel Arsenault at Real Capital Solutions, then joined RCS full-time to launch his career in real-estate finance and development. Tim now leads MW Development in its aim to add value to communities by delivering compelling mixed-use developments with a focus on placemaking and artful design. Tim has served as a CU Real Estate Center International Advisory Board member and as a board member for the Edgewater Redevelopment Authority.
