As Vice President of Mixed-Use Development at McWhinney, Todd Parker leads the execution of large-scale, multifaceted projects from conception through to operations. With over two decades of real estate development experience, Todd manages complex mixed-use projects, including grocery-
anchored retail, office, multifamily residential, hospitality, and public spaces. His role involves leading project underwriting, coordinating with city and investment committees, overseeing design and construction teams, and ensuring projects align with McWhinney’s strategic objectives. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, Todd plays a crucial role in creating vibrant, functional spaces.
Before joining McWhinney, Todd was Vice President of Development at StoryBuilt, where he directed site acquisitions, capital sourcing, project management, and investor reporting. He also served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Edison Equity Management Corp, where he focused on active adult resort-style communities, overseeing project underwriting, design, and construction across the U.S.
Todd’s career began with hands-on roles in preconstruction and estimation, which he held at Drahota Construction and Brinkman Construction. His leadership approach emphasizes team-building, detailed planning, and strong client relationships, ensuring project success from start to finish.
