Tom joined NexCore Group in 2018 to help execute and deliver the company’s national platform of development, ownership and management of healthcare real estate. Tom has more than 15 years of structuring, developing and managing complex commercial developments, including healthcare. In his role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, Tom assists in the implementation and overall success of each project. He works with the NexCore team in coordinating all phases of the development process including transaction structuring, strategy, feasibility, design, budgeting, A/E and GC team selection, leasing and sales/marketing.

EXPERIENCE
Tom brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience to NexCore, with a special focus on complex commercial real estate developments. He has developed over $290 million of development projects over his career with extensive experience leading teams through the full real estate development lifecycle including deal structuring, negotiation, planning, entitlements, development, financing and leasing. Since joining NexCore, Tom has focused on the planning, transaction structuring and delivery of state-of-the-art ambulatory care facilities that incorporate free standing emergency departments, ASC’s, infusion therapy, radiation oncology and clinical space.

EDUCATION
Tom received a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor or Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
