Troy Garrett, Executive Vice President & General Manager, is a construction industry executive with 24+ years of executive leadership experience in both the vertical and civil construction markets including the management of companies and business units. A graduate of West Point and former Army officer, Mr. Garrett earned an MBA in Finance from Auburn University and entered the commercial construction industry in Texas. He has experience in D/B and P3 project delivery and holds DBIA Certification from the Design-Build Institute of America. A Colorado native, Mr. Garrett has worked around the country and with major institutional clients like the University of Denver and Yale University, large healthcare systems, K-12 and private schools, high-end hospitality groups and on major civic projects including museums and performing arts centers. His experience includes working with municipalities and federal government entities such as the U.S. Army.
