Denargo Market

Uplands is a mixed-used infill development ideally located between Denver and Boulder. The site of this future community marks the revitalization of an historically underutilized and underfunded pocket in Westminster’s southern corridor. The housing stock will consist of “missing middle” for-sale townhomes and duplexes priced to meet the needs of first-time buyers, families looking to grow, and older adults looking to downsize. Also included are market-rate single-family homes and 300 deed-restricted rentals, including affordable senior housing. The community will offer 47 acres of parks and publicly accessible open spaces. Uplands will be anchored by a bike- and pedestrian-friendly Village Center with local retail and restaurants.
The Aurora Highlands
Located between the mountains and the plains, The Aurora Highlands 4,000-acre master planned community expands the metro area to the east near DIA. The community features every category of housing from attached to multifamily and single-family residences, providing people with more than 12,500 housing units. The community also incorporates Colorado’s active lifestyle with recreation centers and over 21 miles of trials, 12 neighborhood parks and 20 pocket parks. Hogan Park at Highlands Creek in particular will feature public art installations, performance plazas, climbing walls, a zip line, embankment slides and gardens in its nearly 100-acre space. Aurora Public Schools will also build four new schools in the community, the first of which will open in 2023.
The Ridge Johnstown
The Ridge Johnstown (The Ridge, West Ridge, North Ridge, South Ridge, and Blue Spruce Ridge) is a new mixed-use, master-planned community development in Johnstown that will feature single-family, multifamily, industrial, retail, medical, office, hospitality and more. The Ridge Johnstown is over 440-acres with immediate access to I-25 via the Highway 402 interchange. The Ridge is ideally situated in the heart of Northern Colorado, and now under construction. The adjacency to, and visibility from I-25 make it one of the most prominent master planned communities in the region, providing excellent visibility to more than 86,000 vehicles a day.
The River Mile
The River Mile is emerging as a walkable, sustainable collection of downtown neighborhoods – and a whole new center of gravity for Denver – right on the banks of the South Platte River. The River Mile is a new gateway to the city, coming to life on the site of the Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park. It’s a front-row seat to the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Seamlessly connected to the central business district and major destinations such as Ball Arena and Union Station. Surrounded by, and soon to be infused with, even more culture and entertainment, it’s the beginning of a fundamental realignment of downtown Denver.
Loretto Heights
The Loretto Heights community is envisioned to be one of the most unique and vibrant urban places in the metropolitan area due to its architectural diversity, lively programming and tremendous views to Denver and the mountains. The rich history of the campus core will be honored and woven together with modern urban buildings and will serve as an active neighborhood and artistic /cultural hub for southwest Denver.
