Mr. Holmberg serves as a Partner at Berkeley Partners and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Holmberg oversees acquisitions and asset management in the Northeast; and helps lead the firm’s capital raising initiatives and overall strategy. 

Previously, Mr. Holmberg worked at The Davis Companies, a Boston-based real estate investment and development company and Long Wharf Capital in investor-facing roles.  Mr. Holmberg began his career as an investment analyst at Landmark Partners, where he was involved with investing Landmark’s series of discretionary funds into a variety of real estate-related opportunities globally.  Mr. Holmberg is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute.

He holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
