Mike Carney – Managing Director of Debt Originations.  Mike joined Principal Real Estate Investors in 1993, the dedicated real estate group of Principal Global Investors. He is currently responsible for commercial loan production in Colorado, Utah and Las Vegas, and has covered other western United States markets during his career (total loan originations of more than $5 billion).  Mike received an MBA in finance and investments from Iowa State University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and business management from Luther College.
