As the vice president of business development, Joe Won is helping identify and secure opportunities to grow the CoralTree portfolio. Most recently, Joe oversaw hotel acquisitions, underwriting and portfolio management for CIM Group’s Hospitality Division with projects mainly in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Oakland. However, his experience spans globally with more than $3 billion in real estate investments and restructuring with brands such as Atlantis, One&Only Resorts, Hilton, Marriott and IHG while with HFF and Kerzner.

He’s worked in various investment analysis and finance positions over the years and started his career with Ernst & Young as a consultant in their hospitality real estate practice. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and Master of Management in Hospitality with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Cornell University.
