As an Associate Vice President, Property Management, Jenna Goddard is responsible for Newmark’s management services, operations and personnel in Denver. Ms. Goddard partners with the company’s local leasing and investment sales professionals to promote collaborative strategies and operational efficiencies for prospective, client and buisness development efforts to grow Newmark’s management portfolio. She has substantial expertise in budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, lease administration, physical management tenant relations and financial reporting.

Ms. Goddard brings over 20 years of experience in a diverse background in real estate and property management, specializing in office, industrial, retail and community associations. Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Goddard was a Senior Real Estate Manager with CBRE where she was responsible for several downtown high-rise properties and assets located throughout the Denver metro area. She also was a LEED consultant, where she successfully achieved LEED Certification for buildings and assisted in the training and accreditation of numerous individuals.
