Chris Cole is a Vice President and a member of executive leadership for Encore Electric. Recognized for development of strategic markets, Cole delivers certainty of results by offering a commitment of project expertise and talent in negotiating agreements. Responsibilities include internal alignment and growth of team expertise and leveraging that strength in the best interest of lifecycle customers.
Cole brings more than three decades of experience in the industry as a tradesmen, founder partner, business development, technology solutions leader, and data center market leader.

Raised in a large family in Central NY, Cole worked as an electrician for his father before relocating to Jackson, WY where he worked as an electrician through his twenties. Balancing work with a passion for alpinist skills, Cole was part of three-member team that were the first to ever ski across the state of Colorado, from New Mexico to Wyoming. He later had his own electrical business in Central New York, married and relocated as a family to Colorado where he held managerial roles for Merit Electric, prior to joining the other founders of Encore Electric, Inc.
