Tim Kelly is an Executive Vice President with FirstBank and currently works at the Denver Tech Center. He has been with the bank for 15 years spending most of his time in the south Denver-metro area while also working several years in FirstBank’s Roaring Fork Valley market. Tim primary focuses on commercial real estate transactions including retail, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and a variety of owner-occupied users. He is also active in business banking relationship management and helps lead a team of lenders based out of the Tech Center.

For the community, Tim serves as Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Colorado and has also historically served on boards that focus on providing support to at-risk youth. He is a Denver native, father of four, and enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing and hiking. Tim graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and Public Policy. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking (University of Washington) in Seattle, WA.
