Blake is a fourth-generation Colorado native with deep roots in Denver and a broad background across multiple asset classes and functions within the commercial real estate industry.

He began his career in land acquisitions for a local homebuilder before pursuing an MBA in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder. Over the years, Blake has worked on a range of greenfield mixed-use developments throughout the Denver Metro. Blake spent a stint in banking before coming back to his roots and joining L.C. Fulenwider, Inc. in 2017, where he now serves as Vice President.

In his role, Blake oversees community relations and asset management for Fulenwider, while also contributing to Fulenwider’s planning, entitlements, development, and acquisitions efforts across the Denver Metro area.

Blake holds a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and an MBA from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. He currently serves on the Fulenwider Investment and Philanthropy Committees, the Board of the Aurora Economic Development Council, the Development Council of the Adams County Regional Economic Partnership, the Denver Scholarship Foundation Gala Committee, and the Urban Exploration Steering Committee at the Downtown Denver Partnership.

Blake lives in Denver with his wife and son. Together, they enjoy biking, skiing, hiking, and making the most of Colorado’s great outdoors.
