Michelle Brown is a Property Management Director with a passion for solving complex problems and building strong relationships with tenants and clients. She currently serves at CBRE, where she oversees the Brookfield Properties account across the Denver and San Francisco markets.

Prior to joining CBRE and Brookfield Properties, Michelle spent more than 10 years with Hines, where she successfully managed a 2 million-square-foot portfolio of office and industrial assets. She holds the BOMI Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and has led her teams to earn multiple TOBY Awards.

Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. She is actively involved in BOMA Denver Metro and currently serves as President-Elect. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, camping, and beach vacations.
