With over 10 years of relevant industry experience, Erin Shumaker is the Research Director for both Apartment Appraisers & Consultants and Apartment Insights. She is a co-owner of 1876 Analytics, which partners with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority to publish the quarterly Colorado Statewide Multifamily Rent and Vacancy Survey, as well as a frequent contributor to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Trends Magazine.
