Current responsibilities 

Joe Heath partners with Don Misner as one of North Denver’s leading office brokerage teams. He is a tough negotiator and has earned a reputation for being a strong advocate for his clients. The team has one of the largest and most prestigious suburban portfolios in Northwest and Northeast Denver comprised of approximately 3.0 million square feet. Joe has clients range from institutional owners to locally based companies, with building requirements ranging from 20,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet.

Education

Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Real Estate from the University of Colorado, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Colorado with honors.
