Current responsibilities
Mitchell H. Zatz is a Managing Director and the Industrial Lead for the JLL Denver Logistics and Industrial Group. He specializes in institutional leased properties, corporate services, user and investment dispositions and acquisitions of industrial properties.
Experience
Mitchell has over 20 years of real estate experience, including sales and development of multi-residential properties; development and leasing of build-to-suit projects; and sales of industrial facilities and vacant land.
Mitchell has built strong relationships with numerous institutional owners as well as regional and national corporate users. He has represented these companies in the acquisition and disposition of 15 million square feet of industrial space, valued at over $300 million.

Education
Mitchell received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Affiliations
Mitchell held the position of President (October 2012) and currently holds the position of Vice President for the Colorado chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
He is on the Board of Directors (President in 2011) for the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS (DMCAR) and is a current member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
Mitchell is an annual participant in the Courage Classic Fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital, and volunteers his time as a Volleyball coach for the Special Olympics.
