Jeff Hawks is a 40-year veteran of the real estate business, having specialized in apartments for more than 30 years. In the last fifteen years, Mr. Hawks sold in excess of $8.5 billion in Colorado multifamily assets. He, along with his partner Doug Andrews, has been the top apartment broker in Colorado for 20 of the last 21 years. Mr. Hawks and Mr. Andrews have sold more Colorado apartments than any other broker in Colorado’s history. In 2016, Mr. Hawks, and partner, Doug Andrews, were awarded the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ Legacy Broker of the Year distinction for their career achievements and contributions to the real estate community.
