Monique Bimler is a Senior Banker for the Healthcare Mortgage Banking Group with KeyBank Real Estate Capital and has over 20 years of experience in financing for the senior housing industry. As a Healthcare Mortgage Banker her responsibilities include originating senior housing project loans for stabilized properties that are ultimately sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Insurance Companies or are insured by HUD. Types of properties financed include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing facilities. Ms. Bimler also provides an advisory role to clients for other financing and capital needs solutions through the broader offering of KeyBank’s product line which includes bridge financing, lines of credit, loan syndications, equity raises and investment sales.  Monique has been with KeyBank since January of 2011.

Prior to joining KeyBank, she served as Senior Vice President for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC previously known as Capmark Finance and GMAC Commercial Mortgage.  Monique has been a speaker and panelist for NIC and ALFA and was on the initial advisory board of the John Hopkins Senior Housing program.

Ms. Bimler received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas.
