Kristian is a Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in debt and equity placement. He has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. Throughout his career, Kristian has completed more than $4.5 billion of commercial real estate capitalizations on a broad range of property types and capital sources, including multi-housing, affordable multi-housing, retail, office, industrial and hospitality. Transactions have included capital structures of conventional permanent financing, construction financing, mezzanine financing, bridge financing and equity placement.
