Casserly joins Transwestern’s Denver office

Cheryl Casserly joined Transwestern’s Denver office as senior vice president.

In this role, Casserly will work alongside Senior Vice President Karen Clarke to provide agency leasing and occupier solutions services to office and retail clients in greater Denver.

Casserly joins Transwestern from G&C Realty Advisors LLC, a tenant representation firm she co-founded. She also worked as a business development director with Corporex Colorado LLC, where she assisted in the firm’s development at Fitzsimons Village, a mixed-used project adjacent to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Casserly also was vice president with Corum Real Estate Group, a Denver-based developer. During her career, she has completed more than 2.5 million square feet of transactions on behalf of notable clients, including Catholic Health Initiatives, U.S. Bank, AT&T and Centura Health.
