As a program manager of the Colorado Energy Office, Jeff works to identify and address energy finance barriers by researching, developing, deploying, and promoting financing solutions. Jeff’s main focus is on external finance programs including overseeing the development of Colorado’s statewide residential loan product, RENU. Jeff also serves as the Recording Secretary for the New Energy Improvement District which oversees PACE financing programs in the state, including the Colorado C-PACE program.
