Kim Davis is the National System Director of Property Management for Catholic Health Initiatives supporting over 26 million square feet of non-acute medical offices and administrative spaces with 3,000+ leases across the nation.  Ms. Davis is currently overseeing the centralization and standardization of property management procedures and property accounting to enable industry standard real estate reporting across the CHI markets with an end goal of reducing building operating costs.

Prior to CHI, Ms. Davis was the Chief Operating Officer at Fleisher Smyth Brokaw LLC, (FSB) a Denver based real estate and property management firm, for 18 years.  Ms. Davis was responsible for all aspects of operations. She standardized property management and accounting systems, policies and procedures, and developed/implemented marketing and leasing strategies. She also repositioned medical office buildings by reducing operating expenses, remodeling common areas, streamlining the tenant improvement construction management process, identifying key capital projects and cultivated long-term tenant relationships which promoted future tenant lease renewals.

Ms. Davis received a Bachelor degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado, holds a BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
