Gene Myers is the owner and CEO of Thrive Home Builders. Gene’s career in urban development spans over 30 years – from a Civil Engineer in the U.S. Peace Corps in the early 1970’s to starting his own homebuilding company in the early 1990’s.

Gene is known as an advocate for smart growth and affordable housing. He frequently speaks locally and nationally on these topics.
