Sean Perlmutter is a Partner with Jordon Perlmutter & Co. (JP&Co.) where he is responsible for the acquisition, development, and investment activities of the firm. Prior to joining JP&Co., Sean worked at Hines in Los Angeles where he contributed to the acquisition and development of approximately $3.5 billion of commercial property representing over 7.4 million square feet during his tenure. Sean began his professional career in the Commercial Real Estate Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Sean is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
