Bakke joins Cresa as project manager

Rebecca Bakke joined the Denver office of Cresa as a project manager.

Bakke has six years of project and construction management experience with JLL, Rand Construction and Robinson Development Group, where she managed land development projects as well as tenant build-outs for an office portfolio. She has a bachelor’s degree from Denison University and a NAIOP certificate of Advanced Study in Real Estate Finance.

In her new role, Bakke will work side-by-side with occupiers to understand and develop their workplace strategy, from budget and schedule development to the oversight of design, construction, team selection, vendor management, furniture procurement, and relocation planning and management.
