A New York City-based buyer made its first Colorado acquisition with its purchase of the Links at Plum Creek.
Bluerock Real Estate, according to public records, paid $61 million for the 264-unit community, which was sold by Sentinel Real Estate Corp.
Built in 2000, the property at 1100 Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units that feature black appliances, Moen faucets, designer paint, full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets, a patio or balcony, and bathrooms with Roman tubs. Additionally, some units include USB outlets, faux wood flooring and mountain or golf course views.
The Links at Plum Creek also includes a 24/7 fitness center, media center, heated pool with landscape terrace and spacious pool deck, on-site sport court, detached garage parking upon request, an executive business center and barbecue/picnic areas with grills.
