Legacy at Fitz starts to take shape under OZ program

Construction has begun on Colorado’s first large-scale apartment community to break ground under the newly created opportunity zone program. Legacy Partners and Griffin Capital Co. recently closed on the 4.52-acre site at 1363 N. Victor St., where the development of Legacy at Fitz, a five-story, 363-unit community, is occurring.
