CBRE promoted Jim Bolt to vice chairman, the highest title a sales professional can achieve at the firm.

Part of the Industrial & Logistics practice in Denver, Bolt has participated in an industry-leading number of sale and lease transactions. Notable recent deals include the record-breaking 3.75 million-square-foot sale of the Pauls Corp.’s national industrial portfolio to Clarion Partners in 2018 and last year’s $247.5 million sale of the Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners’ Colorado industrial portfolio, which marked the largest industrial portfolio sale ever in Colorado.

Bolt is a 19-time winner of NAIOP Colorado’s Industrial Broker of the Year Award, has been the top industrial producer across the firm’s Colorado offices 27 times and has been the top overall producer in Colorado seven times.
