This building sold in December 1996 for $34,41M with PERA being the seller and Trinet as the buyer. Covia Partnership was the tenant and the lease was assigned to Galileo International Partnership. The building last sold to Encore Enterprises for $9.1 million, or $66.45 psf, Nov. 5, 2014. The building has undergone extensive renovations to both the interior and exterior.
