Delgado joins Zocalo Community Development

Torrance Delgado

Torrance Delgado joined Zocalo Community Development as assistant project manager.

Delgado brings a demonstrated history of leadership in the construction and engineering industry, having previously worked as an asset manager for Denver International Airport and lead project engineer for Kiewit-Turner Venture.

In this role, Delgado is responsible for organizationally planning, executing and supporting activities leading to successful project completion.

Delgado is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in entrepreneurship and family enterprise. He received a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
