Phil Hawkins, president and CEO of Denver-based DCT Industrial Trust, and DCT market leaders were in New York Dec. 13 to ring the closing bell of the New York Stock Exchange. DCT, the largest publicly traded real estate investment trust headquartered in Denver, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month. The company acquires, develops, leases and manages bulk distribution and light-industrial properties in high-volume distribution markets throughout the country.
