Family investment group pays $2.2 million for Windsor bldg.

The building at 655 Academy Court is leased to two tenants.

A Northern Colorado family investment group bought a fully leased Windsor industrial property for $2.2 million.

Marty Farms LLC bought the 14,033-square-foot building on 1.19 acres at 655 Academy Court from HDE LLC, a real estate holding company for general contractor BH Inc. HDE subsequently signed a five-year master lease for the property and leased 3,800 in the building to an existing tenant, FusionFIT, said Jerry Chilson of SVN/Denver Commercial’s Northern Colorado division.

“It was a nice, smooth transaction,” said Chilson, who represented the seller.

The building was constructed in 2001 and sits on 1.19 acres with a fully fenced yard and 30,000 sf of exterior storage.
