Mark Floersch joined Tributary Real Estate as senior broker.

Floersch has more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and tenant representation.

Prior to joining the firm, Floersch served as a senior associate at CBRE. During his 10 years as a tenant rep broker in the downtown Chicago market, he focused almost exclusively on the financial sector, primarily fast-growing high-tech trading companies with complex infrastructure needs. Since moving to Denver in 2016, he has expanded his client portfolio across all sectors, representing multiple high-profile clients while maintaining his Chicago license and client base.

Floersch earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
