The Gilliland family purchased this property in January 2017 for $2.48M (see deed 2017000022558), or $6.50 psf. They also own 1900 East 64th Ave., which abuts this property directly to the west and contains 6.478 acres; and 1931 E. 64th Ave., also directly to the west of this property, containing 2.094 acres.  See prior sale from Huron Associates to WCSC Acquisition Company, dated 10-16-2017 for $2.56M, or $7.25 psf, and previous sale with Huron Associates purchasing the property from Kenneth E.
