Granite Properties will change the Greenwood Village skyline with a 10-story speculative office building that will bring high-quality space to the southeast suburban submarket.
“As owners of Plaza Tower One, and we see firsthand the demand for Class A office space, and the shortage of high-quality space in the market,” said Stephanie Lawrence, Granite Properties managing director. “We have strong confidence in the southeast market and the demand drivers,” she said. “We’re also big believers in transit-stop development.”
The 300,000-square-foot building – Granite Place at Village Center – will be adjacent to the new, approximately 200-room Westin hotel on the east side of Interstate 25 along South Willow Drive. The site is immediately north of the pedestrian bridge to the Arapahoe at Village Center Station and neighboring retail amenities.
