Greeley investor pays $4.5 million for single-tenant building

A local investor paid $4.5 million for an industrial building in Greeley.

Greeley-based B&B Real Estate LLC purchased the building at 295 71st Ave. from Northward LLC. The building, which consists of 66,000 rentable square feet, is a distribution center for Home Depot. Home Depot has occupied the property since 2011.

B&B Real Estate managing member Bob Burke said his company acquired the building as an investment. It is in the process of negotiating a new lease with Home Depot.

The building was constructed in 1989.
