The Huron sells for $100.5 million

The 296-unit Class A-plus community sold for $339,527 per unit.

Denver-based Griffis Residential paid $100.5 million for The Huron, a newly built apartment asset in the Union Station North Neighborhood.

The multifamily real estate and investment company purchased the 296-unit Class A-plus community for $339,527 per unit.

Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Jeff Hawks, Doug Andrews and Chris Cowan of ARA Newmark represented developer Edwards Cos., which acquired the land in 2012 for construction of the project, completed in 2016.

The Huron includes a lounge with a tech bar, three theater screening rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center, controlled access and concierge service.
