Keene joins Avison Young as vice president

Jaimee Keene, MAI, joined the Denver Capital Markets Group at Avison Young as vice president.

In this role she will focus on office investment sales.

She brings 17 years of real estate experience to the firm, most recently as managing director in Denver for BBG, a national commercial appraisal and advisory firm.

While at BBG, Keene oversaw the acquisition of Commercial Valuation Consultants in 2016. She also successfully launched, in 2014, BBG’s Phoenix office, where she was responsible for the valuation of investment properties and portfolios, covering office, industrial and shopping center assets. Her largest assignment involved a $600 million multistate office portfolio. Between 2011 and 2012, she was the managing director of Grubb & Ellis Landauer Rocky Mountain region, launching the firm’s commercial valuation divisions in Colorado and New Mexico.

Keene holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from Colorado State University. She earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed appraiser and broker in Colorado.
