LOA Architecture designs, GTC builds Jefferson County Public Schools project
LOA Architecture, a Denver-based full-service architectural design firm, provided full architectural service for the efficiency and future ready renovation at Stober Elementary in Lakewood. Golden Triangle Construction was the general contractor.
The building improvements included a complete renovation of the front entry plaza, a security vestibule, an elevator addition, carpet replacement, lighting, updated heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and plumbing systems, new energy-efficient windows, and kitchen remodel. Stober Elementary is the 19th project that LOA has provided for the school district.
The improvements raise the building’s facility condition’s index score, which will create a safer and healthier environment for the elementary school students, staff and faculty.
