Next year National Healthcare Development is bring a new medical office building to Sky Ridge Medical Center’s entrance.
The company will develop an 80,000-square-foot, Class A MOB to the Lone Tree hospital campus.
Work on the three-story building is slated to start in second quarter with completion in summer 2019. The project will be anchored by a top-rated orthopedic practice that serves patients throughout Colorado, in addition to other well-established specialists.
The developer selected Boulder Associates as the project architect. Additionally, the construction contract was awarded to Fransen & Pittman.
