Norris Design promotes Hicks to principal

M.R. Hicks

M.R. Hicks was promoted to principal at Norris Design.

With more than 40 years of experience, Hicks has spent most of her career in the AEC industry in progressively responsible roles working with architects, engineers, landscape architects and planners. Before joining Norris Design, Hicks led the marketing teams at Gensler’s Denver office as well as R.W. Beck and OZ Architecture. Hicks joined the firm in 2015 and has since doubled the marketing team to support the firm’s growth across markets in Arizona, Colorado and Texas.

In her new role as principal, Hicks will continue to lead the marketing team at the firm in addition to project work with the company’s branding specialists.
