Panasonic Enterprise building trades for $22 million

The Panasonic Enterprise Solutions building next to the 61st and Peña commuter rail station produces more energy than it consumes.

Panasonic Enterprise Solutions “smart building” home near Denver International Airport recently sold for $22 million.

NewStreet Properties LLC bought the 112,966-square-foot flex building at 6144 N. Panasonic Way from its developer, Denver-based Westfield Company Inc. The building consists of warehouse, assembly, and research-and-design space, along with two-story office space with Class A finishes.

CBRE brokers Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jim Bolt represented the seller.

The LEED Gold building produces more energy than it consumes due to a 500kW solar power system and energy efficient strategies.
